I understand that participation in the Pursue Church Fall Festival at Empowerment Farm may include activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities, games, farm-related activities, and other event activities. By registering for and attending this event, I voluntarily assume responsibility for my participation and the participation of any minor children or dependents included in my registration. I agree to release and hold harmless Pursue Church, Empowerment Farm, their leaders, volunteers, staff, representatives, and affiliates from claims or liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law. I also confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult for any minor children included in my registration and have authority to provide this acknowledgment on their behalf.
